The Mines Resort & Golf Club proudly hosted the 45th World Cup of Golf, welcoming the world’s finest players to our championship course. Tiger Woods and Mark O'Meara led Team USA to victory in a spectacular performance, further solidifying The Mines Golf as a world-class golfing destination.
CIMB Asia Pacific Classic 2010,
2011 & 2012
The Mines Golf made history as the venue for Southeast Asia’s first official PGA TOUR event, the CIMB Asia Pacific Classic. Across three thrilling years, Ben Crane (2010), Bo Van Pelt (2011), and Nick Watney (2012) emerged victorious, cementing this course as a premier stop for elite international tournaments.
29th SEA Games Kuala Lumpur 2017
The Mines Golf proudly hosted the golf tournament at the 29th SEA Games, one of Southeast Asia’s most prestigious sporting events. The competition saw Singapore’s Marc Ong deliver a remarkable performance to capture the gold medal in a tense and thrilling final round.
